MADDS
Multiplatform Air Defense Drone System
Designed to counter Shahed-type loitering munitions, reconnaissance drones, and other UAV threats with a cost-effective, software defined air defense solution.
Its containerized, remote-launch concept enables flexible deployment across various platforms and operational environments.
Implementation
Initial radar-corrected guidance, followed by autonomous target locking and tracking during the final engagement phase
MADDS can operate using direct radar input or be seamlessly integrated with existing radar networks and air defense command posts
Functions as:
a standalone counter-UAV system
an engagement asset within a broader C2-based air defense infrastructure
a self-defense solution for high-value SAM systems tasked with intercepting cruise and ballistic missiles
Composition:
Up to 5 ATGD-2 interceptors with onboard self guidance capability in launch containers
Ground control station controlling up to 5 drones at the same time
AI-powered software which automatically detects and identifies targets, while controlling and coordinating multiple drones simultaneously — enabling effective countermeasures against swarm drone attacks
S or X band AESA type Radar h-value SAM systems tasked with intercepting cruise and ballistic missiles
